Elie El Khoury is an Energy consultant and Project Manager at FREE, with nearly 10 years of experience in the energy and renewable energy sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Solar PV Professional (SPVP), combining strong technical expertise with project management and digital innovation skills. 

At FREE, Elie implement, and manage renewable energy and energy efficiency projects across multiple countries, working closely with international organizations such as UNDP, UNICEF, and WFP. His expertise includes solar PV systems, energy audits, feasibility studies, technical specifications, project management, and site supervision.
