Maryam Nsaif is the Director of Operations at FREE Energy, with over 8 years of experience in energy audits, renewable energy solutions, and sustainability consulting across Lebanon, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. She has led more than 100 energy and renewable energy projects, supporting clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors in improving energy performance, reducing operational costs, and implementing practical sustainability measures. 

Her work includes ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits, solar PV feasibility and design, solar-powered lighting solutions, energy strategy development, and project management for multidisciplinary technical teams. She has contributed to major regional projects, including assessments and consulting work for multinational and high-profile clients, and has supported the development of renewable energy installations, totaling more than 10 MWp in capacity. 

Maryam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing an MBA. She is also a Certified Energy Auditor, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, and Performance Contracting and Funding Professional. In addition to her technical expertise, she brings strong experience in stakeholder engagement, proposal development, team leadership, and strategic project delivery. She was also selected as an International Renewable Energy Agency youth delegate in 2025, reflecting her continued commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions in the MENA region.
