Pia Kattoura is an Energy Consultant at FREE and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). Since joining FREE in 2022, she has supported energy efficiency, sustainability, and strategic energy consultancy projects across commercial, institutional, industrial and public-sector facilities. 

With a background in electrical engineering, Pia’s work includes 35+ technical studies, audits, and assessments, including energy audits, feasibility studies, performance assessments, and smart efficiency studies. Her experience spans UAE banking facilities, hotels, commercial and industrial sites, educational institutions, and public entities across the region, helping clients identify high-impact opportunities to reduce energy consumption, improve operational performance, and make informed investment decisions. 

Pia is particularly passionate about making energy knowledge more accessible, and translating technical analysis into practical, actionable recommendations that help organizations move toward smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
