Accredited firms under the scheme must deliver comprehensive building assessments, covering building characteristics and consumption analysis, alongside efficiency recomendations to reduce environmental impact. The accreditation authorizes the joint venture to conduct certified energy audits for government entities and private clients alike, supporting measurable energy savings and Dubai’s broader sustainability agenda.

The credential positions PME energy among a select group of RSB-accredited energy auditors and ESCOs operating in Dubai, a market where certified compliance is a prerequisite for public-sector and utility-linked audit work.
