Notre Dame University, Louaize: Energy and Indoor Air Quality Audit

NDU, a private Lebanese university operating in Zouk Mosbeh since 1978, built an environmental sustainability initiative around its “Our Common Home: Sustaining a Green and ‘Clean’ Campus” conference,  a real, independently documented event that brought together university and industry speakers on climate adaptation and campus sustainability. As part of that commitment, NDU engaged FREE energy to conduct an energy audit and indoor air quality audit of its Zouk campus. 

The resulting energy conservation measures, later reviewed by an ESCO for potential implementation, indicated the university could achieve up to 40% savings on its yearly electricity bill, giving NDU a technically grounded business case for the next phase of its green campus commitment.
