Established in 1996, Royal Gourmet produces premium quality fresh and smoked fish and supplies hotels, restaurants, caterers, and supermarkets across the region.

Following the facility’s demand to decrease their electricity bills, FREE energy was hired to design and an on-grid solar photo-voltaic system implement equipped with a fuel saver controller.

The system was installed on the facility rooftop in Choueifat, Lebanon, and was commissioned on 17/10/2019.

FREE energy optimized the design based on maximizing the potential area used and boosting the solar output by installing an east-west mounting PV solution catered for the operations of royal gourmet covering the peak load for a longer period of time during the day.
